Don Maddox, our president, has been teaching and writing about chess for 30 years. He has served as editor of Chess Life Magazine, chess correspondent for USA Today , press room chief for the World Chess Championship qualifier, and data base consultant for Deep Blue. He was an online chess pioneer, directing chess operations on the Linc and the USA Today Sports Center before the internet became public. Don takes orders and answers questions about our products on Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. He can be reached via email at don@chessbaseusa.com.

Steve Lopez, our tech guru, has been answering questions about ChessBase products for almost 10 years. He takes voice calls from 6:00 pm to midnight EST (1-888-865-4525) on Tuesdays, writes a weekly T-Notes column for the ChessBase USA site, and answers email questions five days a week at bayshore@md.net.
